Jalaram Groups of Industries was set up in 1979 as a small scale unit. The Unit Started manufacturing Electrical Brass Parts with a sole motive of creating Valuable Products.
Technological Innovations and Studying of various market treads resulted in to tremendous growth as a giant unit. Keeping in view the market demand and the tough competition of finished products, the promoters of unit than moved towards starting foundry of it’s own.
Once the manufacturing process was well established & the local market was not able to cater raw material in required quantity, the management decided for taking one more step ahead towards importing raw material & scrap from other countries. This step towards import of material helped a lot in improving the quality of finished material and giving cost effective material to the customer.
By mid's 90's it started producing almost three times Compare to initial years and thus resulted into more efficiency and make quality products. The unit started expanding in late 2000 to specialize in other item also
By 2018 mid the situation was in a way that an urge to install an in house extrusion press came up. Keeping in mind the future of brass, the market demand and the trust that customer had toward the quality, the management decided to install a fully new and well equipment plant with all new machineries which included casting, extrusion, drawing and total in-house testing facilities.
This is how Jalaram Metal Alloys came in existence. Immediately orders for required machineries were given which included an extrusion press of 750 MT capacity.
Usually the cycle for installing a new plant from grass roots takes atleast 8 to 12 months.
The promoter Mr. Mehul Jobanputra was very much keen to start the plant at the earliest as the demand of material was so high that the total process of installation was completed within 6 months, this was considered as a miracle in the brass industry. Within few months of starting the production the plant achieved the mile stone for supply of 500 MT per month.
